There is a new report from Joel Comm at www.AdsenseisAlive.com.
It’s free to download, so grab a copy if you are interested to hear Joel’s response to Scott Boulch and the whole “Adsense is Dead” saga…

Google will place the higher paying ads in the first Adsense block shown in your code, with the last Adsense block in your code moving down the scale - showing lower paying ads.
So if your content is great, enticing, and a good presell to the ads on your page, your visitor may read it all and THEN click. If you didnt have ads at the top or in the middle… that bottom ad would be the highest paying ad chosen for that particular page. But as it was, it was the lower…

Selling all things to all people (ie creating Internet Malls) does not give you more opportunity to make money.
It just gives you more opportunity to confuse visitors… and/or have your site lost online in the sea of other site owners who are making this same mistake.
A focused website, geared towards a specific target market, will yield MUCH better results - even if the target market IS 100 times smaller.

For Affiliate Marketers…
Revenue Magazine is a mag with character of its own, and one that I can actually relate to. It’s super nice to have a publication that is completely devoted to Affiliate Marketing and Online Business - versus the more corporate business mags or techie geek stuff.
This has become my absolute favorite Magazine over the past year. Everyone I know that already gets it, loves it - and dogears it to death the minute it arrives!
